57. What power is granted to the institution(s) responsible for examining reports and/or investigating violations?

"The party or political formation which has failed to submit a finantial report of its campaign or regular expenditures within the prescribed period loses its right to benefit from a state subsidy for the next election campaign or for the fiscal year following the election. This is based on a decision of the Court of Audit.
