21. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to political parties?

"In-kind donations to a candidate, to a political party or a political entity are deemed as donations subject to the provisions of this section and must be accounted for and integrated the financial report of the campaign." Source: Article 130, Decret Electoral, 2015

In-kind contributions from private sources designated for electoral campaigns are considered as equal to financial contributions and are subject to the same limits.
