1. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to political parties?

It is prohibited for the candidate to receive any money for election propaganda from any party.(Article 25) by Decree-Law No. 15 of 2002 on the House of Representatives and Representatives.

It's not allowed for the association to accept new donations or benfits from foreigners, foreign bodies or international organizations. (Article 14)
