28. Are there provisions for direct public funding to political parties?

Article 24. Restrictions in financing political parties, unions

"Financing of political parties, unions at the expense of means of republican and (or) local budgets is not allowed. State bodies and other state organizations are not entitled to finance political parties, unions."
