21. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to political parties?

Article 22. Property of political party, union

"Sources of monetary means and other property of political party, union may be: ... donations and gifts; other source not prohibited by the legislation."

Since the gifts and other sources not prohibited by legislation are allowed, it may be concluded that some in-kind donations to political parties can be offered.
