2. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to candidates?

Article 48¹. Electoral funds of candidates for the President of the Republic of Belarus, for deputies

"Donations to the electoral funds of the candidates shall be prohibited in case they are provided by:

1) foreign states and organizations;

2) foreign citizens and stateless persons;

3) international organizations;

4) organizations the founders (participants, owners of property) of which are foreign states, foreign organizations, international organizations, foreign citizens and stateless persons;"
