'Nauru does not have any laws governing campaign finance. The only law in relation to members? (not candidates?) finance is the Members of Parliament (Register of Interests) Act 2004, which requires Members of Parliament to declare and register all of their income and assets. However, because some provisions of this Act were declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, the Act is no longer administered or enforced.' No laws or regulations governing donations to candidates.
