 The Solomon Islands Political Parties Integrity Act 2014 requires that political parties shall "within 90 days after the close of the polling in an election, lodge with the Commission in the prescribed form a financial statement of donations received, including their sources, and election expenses", both for the Party itself and for each of  its election candidates.

 The role of the Solomon Islands Political Parties Commission is to oversee the registration, administration and development of political parties and ensure compliance with the Political Parties Integrity Act, which includes a requirement for financial reporting by political parties for each of their candidates.
