If the EMB uses technology to collect voter registration data, is biometric data captured and used during registration?

Registration data are collected by the National Office Identification (ONI), which keeps the electoral register, and not by the EMB. ONI collects registration data directly through the National Identity Card, which does record biometric data (fingerprint scan and photo).
