Visit of Rwanda Speaker of Parliament to International IDEA Headquarters

On 15 November 2016, International IDEA welcomed Hon. Donatille Mukabalisa, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Republic of Rwanda, with a delegation of Members of the Chamber of Deputies, to the International IDEA Headquarters in Stockholm.
The Speaker and her delegation met with Yves Leterme, Secretary-General of International IDEA and thematic experts working on political participation and representation to discuss International IDEA’s Africa Programme, global comparative knowledge resources and potential areas of future cooperation in strengthening democratic processes and institutions.
