International IDEA launch the Myanmar Youth Democracy Academy Training course

International IDEA’s Myanmar Youth Democracy Academy is a free online self-guided training course that offers fundamental knowledge of democracy. The course is designed to ensure that the public and, exceptionally, young people from Myanmar are equipped with the civic knowledge and skills needed to participate in and contribute to effectively consolidating and strengthening democracy in the country. 

The Youth Democracy Academy is composed of five thematic courses:  
- Introduction to Democracy 
- Elections 
- Political Parties 
- Parliaments 
- Introduction to Local Governance 

The curriculum is tailored to the post-coup context of Myanmar and focuses on key concepts of democracy, focusing on democratic institutions and governance principles. The courses include presentations by international and local experts, comparative case studies, quizzes and resources from recognised democracy assistance and human rights organisations for optional further learning. 

Courses build on each other but can be completed individually. All courses are available in both Burmese and English languages. The estimated time to complete each module ranges between 2-6 hours (excluding optional background readings). Participants who complete each course and pass all quizzes will receive a certificate.

မြန်မာလူငယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီအကယ်ဒမီ 

International IDEA မှ စီစဥ်ဆောင်ရွက်သော မြန်မာလူငယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီအကယ်ဒမီသည် ဒီမိုကရေစီနှင့်စပ်လျဥ်းသည့် အခြေခံဗဟုသုတများကို ကိုယ်တိုင်လေ့လာသင်ယူနိုင်သည့် အခမဲ့အွန်လိုင်းသင်တန်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဤသင်တန်းသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ပြည်သူများ အထူးသဖြင့် လူငယ်များအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့နိုင်ငံအတွင်း ဒီမိုကရေစီခိုင်မာအားကောင်းစေရန် ထိရောက်စွာ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုနှင့် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုတွင် လိုအပ်သော ပြည်သူ့ရေးရာဗဟုသုတနှင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

သင်ရိုးကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ အာဏာသိမ်းမှုနောက်ပိုင်းအခြေအနေနှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေမှုရှိအောင် ပြင်ဆင်ရေးဆွဲထားကာ ဒီမိုကရေစီ၏ အဓိကသဘောတရားများ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် ဒီမိုကရက်တစ်အင်စတီကျူးရှင်းများနှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအခြေခံမူများအကြောင်း အဓိကသင်ကြားထားပါသည်။ သင်ရိုးများတွင် ပြည်တွင်းနှင့်ပြည်ပမှ ကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်များ၏ ရှင်းလင်းတင်ဆက်မှုများ၊ နိုင်ငံတကာအတွေ့အကြုံများအား နှိုင်းယှဥ်ပြထားသည့် သင်ခန်းစာများ၊ စစ်ဆေးမှုမေးခွန်းများ၊ မိမိစိတ်ကြိုက် ထပ်မံလေ့လာဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ဒီမိုကရေစီ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီရေးနှင့် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာ အသိအမှတ်ပြု အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ စာအုပ်စာတမ်းများ ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ 

သင်ရိုးများသည် တစ်ခုနှင့်တစ်ခု ချိတ်ဆက်နေသော်လည်း တစ်ခုချင်းစီ လေ့လာသင်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ သင်ရိုးများကို အင်္ဂလိပ်၊မြန်မာ နှစ်ဘာသာဖြင့် သင်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ အခန်းတစ်ခုစီကို ပြီးဆုံးရန်အတွက် (ဆန္ဒအလျောက်ဖတ်ရှုလေ့လာနိုင်သည့် စာအုပ်စာတမ်းများဖတ်ရှုချိန် မပါလျှင်) ခန့်မှန်းကြာချိန် ၂ နာရီ မှ ၆ နာရီခန့် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အခန်းတစ်ခုချင်းစီ လေ့လာမှု ပြီးဆုံးပြီး စစ်ဆေးမှုမေးခွန်းများအားလုံးကို ဖြေဆိုအောင်မြင်သော သင်ယူသူများသည် သင်တန်းပြီးဆုံးလက်မှတ်ကို ရရှိပါမည်။
