Artículo 1°.- Naturaleza y composición. La Justicia Electoral goza de autarquía administrativa y autonomía jurisdiccional dentro de los límites establecidos en la presente ley.
Está compuesta de los siguientes organismos:
a. El Tribunal Superior de Justicia Electoral;
b. Los Tribunales Electorales;
c. Los Juzgados Electorales;
d. La Dirección del Registro Electoral; y,
e. Los Organismos Electorales Auxiliares.
