The AdministrativeCourt is the only instance of EDR related to issues of party registration forthe PR component of the legislative elections and candidates in presidentialelections. Article 150.1 of the Administrative Procedure Code states that thedecision of the Administrative Court on cases related to elections is final andis not subject to appeal to any further instances.
