19 Objection by an elector

 (c) If the person objected to does not, within5 clear days after the service of the notice, cause his name to be removed fromthe roll on which his name appears, or satisfy the Registrar that he isentitled to have his name retained on that roll, the Registrar shall transmitthe objection with the reply (if any) received from the person objected to andwith any comments or recommendations the Registrar may wish to make, to theNiue Public Service Commission.

 

20 Objection by Registrar

 (c) If the person objected to does not, withinthe time stated in the notice, satisfy the Registrar that he is entitled tohave his name retained on the roll, or fails to give notice of appeal, theRegistrar shall remove the name forthwith;

 

21 Determination of objections

The Niue Public Service Commissionshall determine any objection transmitted to it, after such investigation as itdeems necessary, and shall direct the Registrar in charge to retain the nameobjected to on the roll on which it appears

or, as the case may be, to remove ittherefrom, or to transfer it through the Chief Electoral Officer to any otherroll, or to make such amendment of any roll as may be necessary to give effectto the determination, and every such determination of the Niue Public ServiceCommission shall be final.
