19 Objection by an elector

 (c) If the person objected to does not, within5 clear days after the service of the notice, cause his name to be removed fromthe roll on which his name appears, or satisfy the Registrar that he is entitledto have his name retained on that roll, the Registrar shall transmit the objectionwith the reply (if any) received from the person objected to and with anycomments or recommendations the Registrar may wish to make, to the Niue PublicService Commission.

 

 20 Objection by Registrar

 (d) If notice of appeal is duly given, theRegistrar, if he is satisfied that the appellant is entitled to have his nameretained on the roll, shall withdraw his objection and notify him accordingly,but, if he is not so satisfied, he shall transmit his objection and the appeal,together with any comments on it he may wish to make, to the Niue Public ServiceCommission.
