Article 118. 1. The decision of aterritorial electoral commission to deny or to declare as invalid theregistration of a candidate for a deputy may be challenged in the procedure andtime frames prescribed by the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic ofArmenia.

Proportional Component

Appeal is only possible for the disputes related to Majoritarian component. Disputes related to registration of party lists and presidential candidates is done by the CEC itself. The decision can thus be disputed only in one instance - the Administrative Court.
