The AdministrativeCourt is the only instance of EDR related to issues of party registration forthe PR component of the legislative elections and candidates in presidentialelections. Article 150. 1 of the Administrative Procedure Code states that thedecision of the Administrative Court on cases related to elections is final andare not subject to appeal to any further instances.
