19 Objection by an elector

 (c) If the person objected to does not, within5 clear days after the service of the notice, cause his name to be removed fromthe roll on which his name appears, or satisfy the Registrar that he isentitled to have his name retained on that roll, the Registrar shall transmitthe

objection with the reply (if any)received from the person objected

to and with any comments orrecommendations the Registrar may wish to make, to the Niue Public ServiceCommission.

20 Objection by Registrar

(a) The Registrar shall give notice inwriting to the person objected to

of the grounds of the objection andintimate in the notice that, unless

notice of appeal is given within a timestated (being not less than 4

clear days), the name of the personobjected to will be removed

from the roll without furtherproceedings;
