Article 46. 6. 11. The decision of theterritorial electoral commission on the registration of a candidate may beappealed in the Central Electoral Commission within three days of the day onwhich the applicant learnt or was reasonably obliged to learn about theviolation, but no later than the day preceding the voting day.
