13. Is there a ban on the use of state resources in favour or against a political party or candidate?

Art.74, (2)A: 'A person is guilty of illegal practice (...) if he-obtains or procures, or attempts to obtain or procure, the assistance of any person in the service of Bangladesh to further or hinder the election of a candidate'.
