68. Are elected officials required to submit reports regarding their finances?

Article  49, para 1, f)  of the Electoral Code  nb. 1381  of 21.11.1997 (as of 29.12.2017)

In order to be registered, a prospective candidate needs to submit information on the existence / non-existence of the remaining final findings regarding the regime of declarations of personal property and interests, the incompatibility status and the confiscation of unjustified wealth, acts that are not prescribed;

A public official (MP) yearly submits his declaration of personal property and interests to The National Integrity Authority
