(1) Every government official shall be required to report to the Corruption Eradication Commission using LHKPN forms all assets that he owns before, during, and after his tenure."

Most relevant Indonesian version of the term "asset declaration" is Laporan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara (LHKPN) literally meaning "Report on Wealth and Treasures of the State Officer".
