68. Are elected officials required to submit reports regarding their finances?

Art. 5 (1) - "The basic concepts used in this Law have the following meaning: ... 15) high-ranking official - ... deputies of the National Assembly..." 

Art. 32 (1) - "High-ranking officials shall submit declarations on property, income to the Ethics Commission of high-ranking officials in accordance with the procedure established by this Law."

According to the Law on Public Service, the MPs have the status of high-ranking officials and shall submit declarations on property and income.
