57. What power is granted to the institution(s) responsible for examining reports and/or investigating violations?

“The Law s of the Commonwealth of Dominica do not place any limit on the total amount that a party or a candidate is permitted to spend.  There is also no provision for the public funding of parties,  either  directly  or  indirectly.
