54. Must reports from political parties and/or candidates include information on itemized spending?

Art. 28 - "3. The following shall be specified in the declaration: (1) the timeline of all contributions made to the campaign fund and the amount of contributions; (2) the expenses made for the acquisition of every service, property, good prescribed by part 1 of Article 27 of this Code, the deadline for making such expenses, the details of documents certifying such expenses; (3) the amount remaining in the campaign fund."
