The Public Elections Act, 2012

56. Members of Parliament shall comprise–

(a) the twelve Paramount Chief members referred to in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 74 of the Constitution; and

(b) one hundred and twelve ordinary members.

The number of constituencies were increased to 132 for 2018 elections. 14 paramount chiefs have been elected indirectly.
