Article 121
Election Criterion

121.1 The President of the Republic shall be elected, when having more than half of the valid votes cast and excluding blank votes and invalid votes.

121.2 If none of the candidates obtains that number of votes, a second election shall be carried out, to which the two candidates with the most votes who have not withdrawn their candidature, shall contest.

121.3 In the second election, the candidate who obtains the most valid number of votes shall be considered elected.
