Electoral system for the president

Article 130
Elections criteria

130.1 The elected President of the Republic is the candidate who obtains more than half of the valid votes, the null and blank votes are not considered.

130.2 If none of the candidates obtains that majority, a second round will take place where only two candidates are permitted to compete.

130.3 In the second round it’s considered elected the candidate who obtains larger number of valid votes.
