The district councils, at the proposal of the executive district boards, will determine the installation of polling stations for the reception of the vote of the voters who are temporarily outside the section corresponding to their place of residence. These polling stations are called “special polling stations”. As part of the electoral documentation and materials given to the special poll station officers, they will receive the necessary computer means to verify that the voters who come to vote are they are inscribed in the nominal list of voters that corresponds to the address consigned in their credential to vote.
