Is the biometric data used in voter identification at polling stations?

The electoral sheet (a duplicate of the voter identification in which the photography of the voter is included) is sent as part of a booklet along with other electoral materials to the officers of the polling table where the citizen is meant to attend and cast his/her vote;  the record of the names and surnames of the registered citizen and his/her parents, which is filed in alphabetical order at the Patronymic Register of the National office and the electoral offices; and the dactylographic file, containing the digital impressions of both hands of the registered citizen.
