If the EMB uses technology to collect voter registration data, is biometric data captured and used during registration?

Article 1 of the Resolution No. 23,335-TSE/ 2011 states that:

"The updating of the data contained in the election register, aiming at the implementation of systematic identification with inclusion of fingerprints, photograph and, where possible, digitized signature implemented with collection of biometric data of electors and following up the project started with the Res.-TSE ns 22.688 of 13 December 2007, and 23.061 of 26 May 2009, shall be applied on all voters registered in municipalities involved or that have moved within thirty (30) days before the start of the data collection process."
