Article 46. 2. An application on declaring as invalid or null andvoid the registration of a candidate or the registration of the electoral listof a political party (or alliance of political parties), as well as appealsagainst the results of the elections, may be filed only by the candidate.

Article 112. 1. A Central Electoral Commissiondecision to deny or to declare as invalid the registration of the electoral listof a political party or alliance of political parties or a candidate includedtherein may be challenged in the procedure and time prescribed by theAdministrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.

Article3. Any natural or legal person may appeal to theAdministrative Court in the manner prescribed by this Code, if they considerthat administrative acts, actions or inactions of public authorities or localgovernments or their officials:
1) have violated or may be directlyviolated his rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution, internationaltreaties, laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia have been or maybe violated, including if:
a. created obstacles to the exercise ofthose rights and freedoms,
b. the necessary conditions for theimplementation of these rights, which, should have been provided by theConstitution, international treaties, laws and other legal acts of the Republicof Armenia were not provided.
