Article 91. 2. An application challenging the decisionadopted on the basis of theresults of elections of the President of the Republic may be lodged with theConstitutional Court, by 18:00 hours on the fifth day following the dayof official announcement of the election result.

Article 74. 1. The Presidential candidatescan apply to ConstitutionalCourt in regard to cases of disputes related to the results of the elections ofthe President.

16. In cases of disputes related to the results of thepresidential elections the Constitutional Court shall make a decisionwithin ten days after the day of registration of the appeal.
