Possibility to appeal

Article 91. 2. An application challenging the decisionadopted on the basis of the results of elections of the President of theRepublic may be lodgedwith the Constitutional Court, by 18:00 hours on the fifth day followingthe day of official announcement of the election result.

Article 74. 1. The Presidential candidates can apply to ConstitutionalCourt in regard to cases of disputes related to the results of theelections of the President.

16. In cases of disputes related to the results of thepresidential elections the Constitutional Court shall make a decisionwithin ten days after the day of registration of the appeal.
