When the complaint is not about National Tabulation, tothe Constitutional Council, as by law no 12/2014 Artigo 192 (6) (Contenciosoeleitoral).
The decision taken by the District JudicialCourt can be appealed to the Constitutinal Council, within 3 days.

Comment
However, appeal is not possible when complaint is submitted directly to Constitutional Council.
