Article 46. 5.Decisions and actions (inaction) of the precinct electoral commission and theresults of the voting in an electoral precinct may be appealed in the territorial electoral commission.
9. An application for declaring as invalidthe voting results in an electoral precinct may be filed with the respective territorial electoralcommission only on the day following the voting day, from 12.00 to 18.00hours.
