CHAPTER 7
THE PRELIMINARY REVIEW OF THE APPEAL

ART. 31. ADMISSION THE CASE FOR REVIEW
1. Based on the results of the preliminary study, the Member(s) shall report tothe President of the Constitutional Court on the results of his/her (their)preliminary study.

2. Following the report, the President of the Constitutional Court shallcall a session of the Constitutional Court within the time period determined bythe Charter of the Constitutional Court, to decide the issue of admissibilityof the case.

3. The case is admitted if there are no grounds for refusal determined inArticle 32 of this Law.

4. In case of an individual application the admissibility hearing procedureis determined by Paragraph 6-8 of Article 69 of this Law.

5. Together with the admissibility decision the Court decides the startdate of the court hearing of the case, the appointment of the Rapporteur of thecase, the procedural issues of the case hearing as well as other issuesregarding the preparation of the case for the hearing.

6. The Constitutional Courtshall inform the appealing party as well as interested parties and personsabout the decision of the Constitutional Court within three days.
