Art. 100 (5) &(6) : After this deadline, the clerk shall forward to the Registry of theSupreme Court the petition with all the documents provided by the interestedparties, without charging any fees.
The Supreme Courtshall bring the case to a hearing and issue a decision without charging anyfees.
