?        Article111(2)The Registrar shall not fix a date for hearing of any election petitionunless the petition has paid into court, as security for costs, an amount notexceeding five million shillings in respect of each respondent (3)Thepetitioner shall within fourteen days after filing a petition, make anapplication for determination of the amount payable as security for costs, andthe court shall determine such application within the next fourteen daysfollowing the date of filing an application for determination  of the amount payable as security for costs
