Article 32. Referendum

1. Referendum is conducted toassess public interest or make decision when decided by a competent body inaccordance with the Constitution.

2. The Board, in accordancewith the directive given by the body that authorized the

referendum, shall hold thereferendum by organizing polling stations in a way convenient to execute thereferendum.

3. Particulars shall be determinedby the regulation to be issued by the Board.

Article71. The Ballot Paper

1. The Board shall prepare forany type of election a ballot paper that can be easily used by the voters andone that is not exposed to any fraudulent act.
