58. What sanctions are provided for political finance infractions?

"The political party or organization that has not deposited in a timely manner, the financial report of the campaign or non-campaign period, loses his right to state subsidies for the next campaign or for the year following the decision of the Court of Accounts. The loss of rights is final if after the period of twelve months the party, the political party or candidate has not justified the use of previous grants." In case of irregularities, the political party or organization concerned is invited to justify himself and where applicable, to repair such irregularities. In case of no appropriate response, the party, the political organization or the candidate is excluded from public funding and prosecuted.'
