55. Which institution(s) receives financial reports from political parties and/or candidates?

52BP (1) Every registered political party and every candidate, [...] shall submit to the Commission, a Final Disclosure Report in teh prescribed form detailing its or his income and expenditure, andall contributions  received during the reporting period.
