52. Must reports from political parties and/or candidates reveal the identity of donors?

Political Parties Act 1994, amended 2014, Article 22.

If the contributions of natural persons made in a year exceeds the average gross monthly salary, the donor must be disclosed  in the annual report with the amount of the total contribution.
