49. Do candidates have to report on their election campaign finances?

"1. Candidates, political parties running in the elections shall submit to the Oversight and Audit Service a declaration on the contributions made to their campaign funds and on the use thereof on 21 the 10th day following the commencement of the election campaign, also on the 20th day in case of the regular elections of the National Assembly, Councils of Elders of Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor, as well as no later than 3 days before the period for summarising election results prescribed by this Code."
