49. Do candidates have to report on their election campaign finances?

Article 9: Candidates are required to submit, no later than two months after the election, their revenue and expenditure registers or their accounts with the Regional Control Commission. In the absence of production of the said documents within the time limits stipulated above, the defaulting candidate is put on notice by the Regional Control Commission to produce them within a period of one month.
