47. Do political parties have to report regularly on their finances?

Art 23 'Political party must on a regular basis maintain their accounting, inventory, restriction of property and unrestriction of property and should submit it to the minister in charge of the Ministry of interior and provide evidence of their sources, their financial resources as well as the use of the resources.'
