36. Is the provision of direct public funding to political parties tied to gender equality among candidates?

The allocation to a political party of the amount of the endowment, provided for in the preciding paragrapgh 1, point 2, is subject to the condition of having presented, for the legaslative elections, lists comprising at least 24 candidates of each sex (Ch II, Art.2.3, Electoral Law).
