32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

"According to the Union Election Commission Directive 1/2014 on Campaigning, each political party shall be granted free airtime on state media for campaign purposes. Free airtime shall be distributed by the Union Election Commission on an equal basis."

"All parties are granted fifteen minutes of free air-time on public TV and radio. To be granted the free air time Parties must be formally requested the Union Election Commission’s and when doing so shall submit their speeches is seven days beforehand."
