16. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during an election?

Art 122 (2), (page 81) "A candidate for deputy under the majoritarian electoral system shall have the right to make a contribution to his or her election fund in the amount of up to 1 000-fold of the minimum salary, and the political party having nominated the candidate – up to 2000-fold of the minimum salary, and the political party or parties included in an alliance of political parties running in the elections under the proportional electoral system together shall have the right to make contributions to the election fund of the political party or of the alliance of political parties, respectively, in the amount of up to 15 000-fold of the minimum salary." Art 122 (3), (page 82) "Each natural person may make a voluntary contribution to the election funds of a candidate for deputy, a political party and an alliance of political parties in the amount of up to 100-fold of the minimum salary."
