7. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to political parties?

Article 24 (4) establish that "Donations are not allowed from anonymous persons". Also, Article 24 (7) establish that "Natural persons making a donation shall be obliged to specify their name, surname, place of residence, whereas legal persons shall be obliged to specify all the information required by the rules of non-cash settlements between legal persons."
